Dante Pansa joined our team as Wine Director in September of 2000.  Dante has cultivated a long time interest in the arts, having degrees in English Literature, Photography, and studies in classical guitar.  He found himself at home in the fine dining restaurant business, working as Sommelier, Maitre'd, Catering Director, and General Manager in various establishments such as The Park Hyatt - Chicago, Nikolia's Roof - Atlanta, The Midnight Sun - Atlanta and The Grand Bay and Mayfair Houses in Coconut Grove. 

He has created a wine selection of 700-plus offerings from sixteen countries, sourcing dozens of purveyors to acquire limited production wines of exceptional character.  As a result, we offer a full depth of classified Bordeaux;  a complete array of Champagne:; and rare quality finds from California, South America, France and Spain, with an almonst unparalleled collection of great Italian wine.
